Questions about the bill

Will my price go up at renewal?
No. Whatever rate you signed up at — monthly or annual — is the rate you keep renewing at, for as long as you stay on that plan. If we ever change rack-rate pricing for new customers, existing accounts stay where they are.
Which currencies can I pay in?
GBP, USD and EUR by default at checkout. We bill exactly what's on the invoice — Stripe handles the FX conversion if your card is in another currency. We don't add a surcharge on top.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and direct debit for UK accounts on yearly plans. Bank transfer is available for invoices over £500 a year — ask billing.
What if I cancel partway through a year?
Within the first 30 days, you get a full refund. After that, we refund unused complete months on annual plans, pro-rata, back to the card you paid with.
Do you charge VAT?
UK customers and EU consumers see 20% VAT on the invoice. EU businesses with a valid VAT number can use reverse-charge — enter your number in the client area and the next invoice excludes VAT.
Are there any hidden add-ons?
No. SSL, backups, staging (Business+), the WAF, the CDN, the migration — none of those are upsells. They're part of the plan price.
